I’m a personal trainer, and i have been for more than 5 years but that was all individual training. I’m teaching a womens fitness class starting next month, and i already have most of the class designed but i wanted to hear from some women and do a quick survey

1. What’s your biggest health concern?
2. What part of your body do you stress yourself over the most?
3. What are your favorite and least favorite ways to get exercise?

And if you could just name some things that you would love to be taught in a fitness class, that would be great

By the way, the class is for ages 16 and up, but if you’re younger you can still answer.

3. How to get motivation to exercise and eat healthy

Cellulite’s appearance after weight loss?

I realize this is more of a "diet and fitness" kind of question, but I think I’ll get better responses here…

I have cellulite on my bum and a bit on the backs of my thighs. I am about 10-20 lbs overweight, and am wondering if weight loss reduces the look of cellulite at all. I am assuming that exercise/toning would help a little too, but I am aware that there is nothing (not even plastic surgery) that can "cure" cellulite.

Has anyone out there that has cellulite seen a reduction in its appearance after losing a bit of weight? Less dimpling, etc?
Ok thanks, but I don’t need information cut and pasted from an article about celluite….I am asking if any women noticed a reduction in cellulite’s appearance after weight loss.

Help! How can I get rid of cellulite?

Ok please no rude comments but:

I’m starting to get cellulite on the back of my thighs. I know you need to lose weight and that you can’t target weight loss, but are there any exercises I can do to tone that area on the back of my thighs? And are there any drugstore products that really work at reducing the appearance of cellulite. Thank you!
