How do I get rid of cellulite, spider’s vein on my butt, hips, waist & inner thighs? plusmy face?
The red marks on my hips are quite extensive till if you see them you would think that someone scarred my on both sides on my hips. but nope! i want to get rid of them and i admit i have thin skin. its genetic. thin meaning until u can see the veins on my arms quite clearly? But is there anyway i can get rid of it? im not even 20 yet! I would love for all of this to go away. Since I stay at home 24/7, is there any tips and solutions i can get for completely eradicating them? its not a pretty sight. Even my face, has dark circles which Ive had since young and unable to get rid of no matter what time i sleep, and i have red marks on both my cheeks which i do nt know how to get rid of..and uneven skin tone! pls help. it makes me look old.haiz.

Pay attention to your nutrition. Take a good daily vitamin, take calcium citrate and vitamin-D, get some fish oil and Co-enzyme Q-10, these will help your skin and heart. Get all the sweetened drinks out of the house. soda is poison, never drink it. Useless carbohydrates, cookies, cupcakes, donuts, in the trash! Get a gym membership and start doing strength training 3 days a week. Start with 15 minutes cardio on a treadmill or elliptical. When your used to that increase your time on cardio.
You need to get out more. I don’t know why you are home 24/7 ,but, that is not healthy. Get a life. Your body and spirit are one. Take care of your body and your spirit will thank you. You can do this!!!

You can not. Leave it to be, its normal. if you really want to get rid of them, of course find a good cosmetic surgery professional who specializes in what you need, expect to pay LOADS of money also.
Maybe you should try a self tanner that tints your skin it could hide your veins and i think the only way to really get rid of cellulite is to exercise alot!!! I know really skinny girls that have cellulite so its just uneven fat cells and i read somewhere that usuing lotion with caffeine will reduce the appearance as well as massage.
I don’t think it’s as bad as you make it sound. You’ve listed a lot of things which indicates insecurity with your body. Of course, you can always go the surgery option which costs a lot and has many risks associated. Learn to love your body. Failing that, get a spray tan or see a shrink.
