after reading all the above, i wouldnt realy recommend it, no ive never had it, but it doesnt sound very healthy, or good for you….
obviously i dont know your circumstances, and as long as you exersice and eat healthly i suppose it would be ok to go threw with it,
but remember in the end, its you that matters, what you think of yourself, not other people
