Yes. It’s a female curse but there are some things that you can do to help:
- Exercise (esp in rocker bottom shoes – check out FitFlops, Skechers Shape Ups, etc.),
- Adjust your diet (lay off the junk food, esp. high salt, high sugar, white flour, fried stuff; eat more fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains; drink more water)
- Use a stimulating rub (Nivea and others make them; key ingredients include caffeine, seaweed extract, pepper, etc.)

There’s a thing that looks like a big brush top and it has plastic bristles, I think its some sort of massager. Anyway I heard if you use it on the cellulite areas while in the shower, it helps even it out! Hope that helps!!
