miss america 2006 says this spa treatment really works and gives you a slimmer body?

But does it actually work? I know Miss America 2006 has videos posted on the main CHANGES website ( http://www.getchanges.com/personal/…… ) saying how much it helped her and how great it works. They also have before and after photos.
They said that 25 mins of the body system treatment = 3 hours of concentrated workouts.But if it were that simple, wouldnt everyone be doing it? but wouldnt "miss america" tell the truth to protect her rep?
I heard the weight is water weight and easily gained back, but she claims it lasts awhile and WORKS.So if you stayed on a diet and still did this wouldnt it work better

I’ve heard about this treatment…and supposedly it does get rid of water weight, which DOES in fact make you lose weight. But the only real way to lose weight is to lose fat, which is what makes you overweight, not water weight, which is a little extra and can go away easily and makes you bloat. And Miss America can say that b/c she 1. Probably sees a trainer to keep her in shape and 2. More than likely made money to endorse it. I guarantee she didn’t get her body from those treatments.
