Are there any tried and tested helps or treatments for cellulite? I really want to lose it for summer and its getting me down =(
I’m not overweight, I’m a UK size 8 and I’m about 5 ft 7 and I weigh 8 stone 3 lbs. So it’s really annoying me because I should be able to wear a bikini but I really don’t want to!

Few things that you can do to make it appear smaller: drink lots of water and eat healthy (junk food will make you get more dimples), try to loose some weight (bigger thighs for instance will show cellulite more) and do some moderate exercise like running/walking. You can try some treatments that are sold in drug stores such as Loreal’s, Nivea’s etc- they will somewhat help to diminish the appearance of the "orange skin".
Cellulite is more common in girls and women, and tends to run in families, so it might not be in your control to completely eliminate it. There are no miracle cures, but to reduce the appearance of the "cottage cheese" look, you want to tone your legs and lose excess body fat if you are overweight.
You can start by boosting your cardio workouts from 30 minutes to 60 minutes every day. Then try incorporating strength training into your routine 3 days a week. Strength training can focus on the areas you really want to tone, like your legs. Doing simple and effective exercises like hamstring extensions, lunges, squats, and leg raises can help tone muscles while burning calories. If you are overweight, don’t forget that working out alone isn’t the key to losing excess fat — you will also need to watch what you eat.

I’ve got the same problem. The fix is excercise and dieting but the problem is you gotta have motivation. I just use this firming lotion. Its says that it reduces the appearance of cellulite. Probably a load of bs but it still makes me feel better.
Hi,there are a lot of products on the market that promise the reduction of cellulite,but they aren’t to effective.drinking plenty of water can help and walking to get the blood flowing may help too.There are heaps of us with it and all feel about it the way you do.
What worked for me was going vegetarian and dairy free. It works miracles! I also stay away from alcohol and caffeine, and refined carbohydrates. Oh, and very importantly drink lots of water. I didn’t even excercise and I saw a huge difference!
If you really want to get rid of it you have to stick to a good diet. Don’t eat junk! Otherwise you’ll end up with a lumpy bum girl.
