how do you do that? they said to go from the bottom to the top but how exactly is that? how do you move your hands? is there a specific pattern to message it like going in circles or just up and down or side to side? please help!
oh and last…. what is a good cellulite cream or treatment that you have used that you can say this really worked on me?!!!

just stay fit, there is NO CURE for cellulite.
the massage has to be done by a professional, and even that is only a temporary solution. the cellulite will come back.

cellulite is fat calls that have TOO much fat and start to bulge. thats why you get the cottage cheese, orange peel effect.
