My Orders Haven’t Arrived, What Should I Do?
I’m not sure if this is the right category to be asking this question, but this was the only category that I could find that was kinda related to my problem. I ordered a few things a week and half ago, going on two weeks and haven’t received anything. I ordered products from http://www.revitol.com/ and http://www.911healthshop.com/ and they said it takes 3-7 business days to receive once shipped out. My orderes have already been shipped out and it’s been more than 7 days now. When I tried contacting revitol, their customer service was very poor and the guy who I was talking to was very amature. I was starting to think that this was one of those companies who tricked people out of their money, but many people have tried revitol’s products so I thought that it was possible that they weren’t crooks. 911healthshop sent me and email saying my order was shipped on the 25th of August and it is now the 5! They were quick to take the money out of my account before anything was ship but are taking forever to send me my items! Can anyone please tell me who to contact to get this investigated and solved! Should I contact UPS and see if anything is waiting to be shipped out and if it hasn’t can I get something from them saying that it hasn’t been shipped and report it to someone because these products cost me a lot of money!

Remember that there was a holiday (Labor Day) in there. If something was actually shipped on the 25th, you’re still in the estimated time frame.
I don’t know about the two companies you ordered from, but when I order online usually I receive an e-mail confirmation of shipping along with the UPS tracking number. (Check the confirmation from Revitol.) Then you just click on the tracking number to find out the status of your order. (It’s handier for the customer that way, and it saves the companies a lot of time in not having to deal with inquiries from customers.)
When you order online, it’s best to use a credit card–not a debit card, and not a debit from your bank account. You have a lot more protection that way.
So: Check with UPS if you have tracking numbers. If not, contact the company (companies) and ask for the tracking numbers.
It’s very likely your orders will show up in a day or two. If they don’t show up in a few more days, notify your bank/credit card company (however you paid) and find out what options you have for recapturing your money. (Again: In the future, use a credit card.)

The only thing I can think of is that we did have the holiday (Labor Day ) in there which can push things back, especially since it isn’t a business day. At the most putting your 7 business days would have been Wed 9/3 (2 days ago. I would give it until Monday. If not I would definitely be contacting them and if you get no satisfaction, directly file a complaint with your state’s Attorney Generals office. (I guess I am being presumptive you are in the U.S) ps – IF THEY SHIPPED OUT THEY NEED TO GIVE YOU THE SHIPPING NUMBER & THE METHOD (UPS OR OTHERWISE THEY USED. You can’t call UPS without a shipping #)
