My Orders Haven’t Arrived, What Should I Do?
I’m not sure if this is the right category to be asking this question, but this was the only category that I could find that was kinda related to my problem. I ordered a few things a week and half ago, going on two weeks and haven’t received anything. I ordered products from http://www.revitol.com/ and http://www.911healthshop.com/ and they said it takes 3-7 business days to receive once shipped out. My orderes have already been shipped out and it’s been more than 7 days now. When I tried contacting revitol, their customer service was very poor and the guy who I was talking to was very amature. I was starting to think that this was one of those companies who tricked people out of their money, but many people have tried revitol’s products so I thought that it was possible that they weren’t crooks. 911healthshop sent me and email saying my order was shipped on the 25th of August and it is now the 5! They were quick to take the money out of my account before anything was ship but are taking forever to send me my items! Can anyone please tell me who to contact to get this investigated and solved! Should I contact UPS and see if anything is waiting to be shipped out and if it hasn’t can I get something from them saying that it hasn’t been shipped and report it to someone because these products cost me a lot of money!

I always pay with a credit card.I’ve had this happen before and the credit card company took the money back from the merchant. They then told them to provide proof of delivery to get their money back. It got their attention when their money was withdrawn.
see if there is a tracking number, call back and go higher up the chain of command. then call the local police if you think your being scammed
