Will this exercise routine,tone up my legs and arms,And get rid of my cellulite,and when will i see results?
Ok what do you guys think of this excerise routine,im 15,not overweight,average,healthy id say.But i want to tone up my arms and legs,and also get rid of my cellulite,so with this routine do you guys think i could do this? would you change anything?,what do you guys think of it,and also when do you think ill see results if i do this every week,as i get stronger with the weights (1kg) ill do more reps and change the things i do around abit,but as first.Ok here it is,tell me what you think,and when will i see results?
Oh and is it true your only meant to work out 3 times a week? because thats what ive heard by many and thats what im gonna do,and only do the other stuff on the other 4 days. ?
Oh and btw i dont know the names for the arm workouts,so ive given the infrormation,but for the legs theres the names,so ive left out the info or this would be way too long .
Arm exercises,Do twice a day.
10 reps each arm.
1.Chest and Shoulders
Lie on your back and grasp your weights with the palms of your hands facing up, and your arms outstretched to the sides. With your elbows slightly bent, lift your arms
above your chest until your hands are almost touching. Return to starting position and repeat.
2.Chest and Shoulders
Lie on your back and grasp your weights with the palms of your hands facing up, and your arms outstretched above your head. Grip your weights and bring them over your
head and down to your hips, by your sides – a semi-circular motion. Lift back to starting position and repeat.
3.Chest and Back
Sitting with your back straight (preferably supported) and legs straight out in front of you, hold your weights in at your chest with your elbows out to the side
(parallel to the floor). Push your arms out straight in front of you then pull them back in. Repeat.
4.Back and Shoulders
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and arms by your sides, gripping the weights with palms facing outwards. Making sure your movements are slow and concentrated,
tense your shoulder and upper back muscles, then slowly "shrug" them up and down.
5.Shoulders and Upper Arms
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and arms raised straight up above your head, grip your weights with your palms facing behind you. Slowly bring your arms forward
and down, without bending at the elbow, until level with your shoulders. Lift back to starting position and repeat.
6.Arms
In a sitting position with your back straight, relax your arms in line with your body. Grip your weights with your palms facing upwards and curl them up towards your
shoulders, then back down again. Repeat. Keep your torso still and back straight, let your arms do the work.
7.Forearms
Holding your weight with your arm outstretched in front of you, tilt your wrist up and down repeatedly. Try doing this with both an overhand and underhand grip on your weight. Do one arm at a time.
Leg exercises,Do twice a day.
20 reps each leg.
1.Butterfly Pliés
2.Swing Lunge
3.Squat
4.Kneeling kickback
THUESDAY-8 cups of water,Walk for 10-15 minutes,Apply cellulite cream to Desired area’s,twice a day.Rub legs while in shower.2 peices of fruit.15 minutes sunbake.
WEDNESDAY-Same as Monday.
THUSRDAY-8 cups of water,Walk for 10-15 minutes,Apply cellulite cream to Desired area’s,twice a day.Rub legs while in shower.2 peices of fruit.15 minutes sunbake.
FRIDAY-Same as monday and wednesday.

if ur a beginner in weight lifting you should not workout your arms twice a day. u can exercise different muscles in ur arms all at once or every other day. now to tone u need to do more cardio. u have to melt the fat that is around your arms and legs for it to look tone. you wont see the results under fat.at least try to do 30 minutes a day of cardio that will get your heart pumping like a power walk or walk up hills to increase the intensity. as far as cellulite cream i dont know if those things work. good luck
yeah it will but its too much. your arms will bulk up. it has happened to be. Instead do some boxing. Its cardio for your arms and balaceing that with a few arm ecersises will do it just fine.
