ok..well im like 5′5 19 years old..and skinny…i dont understand why i have cellulite and varicose veins at such a young age.. lol
whats funny is that i got varicose veins on my left leg only..on the back of the leg ..where it bends. and im starting to notice it more! 
i also have cellulite on the back of my legs..like..where my buttocks and legs meet …
how can i get rid of all this!?
how can i prevent all this from happening somewhere else?!
my mom says that drinking water and exercising helps..is this true?
cuz i dont exercise at all!

I feel your cellulite-ridden pain. Unfortunately, even in us thin girls, cellulite is inevitable. Vericose veins and cellulite are genetic, meaning your mom/dad passed that gene onto you. The only way to get rid of them is through plastic surgery/medical procedures.
I’ve tried toning my legs, which helped; but didn’t get rid of it.
exercise helps, not sure about water though
Sorry but neither of these things can be corrected by anything other than surgery of some sort. Get the vein checked out by a doctor as it may just be a normal vein that is a little more prominent. Exercise helps get the blood flowing into your legs better.
