I wouldn't be surprised if they have ads in local papers with the same coupon. Since they are mentioning a package, I would guess that you probably need to order a lot of treatments and it will be very expensive even with the coupon. I think I heard of them before, I have no idea if they are reputable or not. I would just suggest not falling for some high pressure sales pitch. You can always take all their brochures and information on prices and tell them you need some time to think about it, and you can research other places that do this and get some price estimates.
