I’m starting to get cellulite on the back of my thighs. I know you need to lose weight and that you can’t target weight loss, but are there any exercises I can do to tone that area on the back of my thighs? And are there any drugstore products that really work at reducing the appearance of cellulite. Thank you!

There is a lot of things you can do to reduce cellulite. Some really good exercises are squats, lounges, cycling and kick boxing
You have to watch what you eat and drink. Foods that are high in fat and especially saturated fat, and sugar are more likely to stick to your organs. As far as external treatment, the Mary Kay Cellushape system is the best. You get one lotion for the day and one for the night. They work very well and you will get significantly smoother skin. Also drinks lots of water and eat more live foods, like vegetables, and health bars. They all have a detoxifying effect on your body.

Exercise is the only way to get rid of cellulite. Try walking more, biking, or jogging.

Well, you can never truly get RID of cellulite, but as you mentioned you can visibly reduce the appearance. Most of the drugstore’s lotions and creams hydrate your skin which puffs it out and makes it look better. This is a great quick fix, but it will get expensive to keep up. I would try something not too expensive as they all do the same thing and its not a permanent fix. The best way to really solve this problem would be to do exercises such as Pilate’s or dance(hip hop, ballet). These workouts can not only be made to target problem areas, but it also helps to really tone. Best of all, there are a lot of great videos you can find that are specifically for legs and you can do them anywhere.
Just exercise and focus more on your legs (squats, leg lifts,jogging, running, stair climbing, etc…).
If you get a really good/deep massage it breaks up the fat in that area.
It may take a few visits but I think its worth it.
Make a paste out of coffee grains and water or lotion and put it on the area.
I know it sounds weird but my mom does it and it works miracles. There’s something about the coffee grains that takes the cellulite away.
